Who We Are

The journey began before our physical entrance to South Africa.
Pastor Michael Akinfolaju Aluko and Pastor Mrs. Ruth Folake Aluko both served under a highly gifted servant of God, Bishop Bola Odeleke of Christ Message Ministry; Power Pentecostal Church (a.k.a. Agbala Agbara Olorun Kii Ba Ti [Interpreted: Power of God Never Fails]), Okota, Lagos, Nigeria for more than twelve years.

Michael joined the church in 1987 as a member and later joined some workers groups: Interpreters, Sunday School Teachers, Sunday School Executive, Sunday School Writers, Counselors, Intercessors and later became the President of Young Men Christian Association, (a group formed within the church to take care of young men).

He later got called into full-time ministry on October 1st, 1993. He worked briefly as an Associate Minister and later as the Head of the Bible Study Department, a session responsible for the writing and the printing of all Bible study materials. Also, he became the Crusade Minister, where he organized various revivals and open-air crusades with the leader and other ministers of God he was privileged to work with. He was in this position until he was transferred to head the Missionary headquarters of the Ministry in Ibadan in 1996. It was while working at Ibadan that he was ordained as a Pastor on August 2nd, 1998.

However, Michael had been highly troubled about the vision of a God-given Ministry before he came into full-time ministry, and after prayer and counseling with the leader Bishop Bola Odeleke in July 1992, it was confirmed that he was truly called by God into the Ministry which was to be outside the shores of Nigeria. God later visited this vision in 2003 by opening the door for him to further study at a theological school in South Africa.

It was while there that the mandate to begin the ministry came and God gave him links to register with the appropriate government agencies. The ministry started with a prayer meeting held on every Saturday and thereafter became a once in a month program called “Breakthrough Prayer Meeting”.

This continued till 2004 when he received the mandate to begin a Sunday service. After much prayer and counseling, two servants of God Pastor Israel Afolayan of Mountain of Miracles and Fire, Pretoria and Rev. Emmanuel Chukwumaeze confirmed the vision. The Sunday service began on 17 October with only two people – his wife and himself.

At exactly one year old, the Ministry was privileged by God to have spirit-filled members part of whom were ordained as a Pastor and Deacons. Mrs. Michelle Conradie was ordained as the first female Pastor of the Ministry while Mr. Gert Conradie and Mr. Samuel Adesina Alademomi were both ordained as Deacons.

Later to the glory of God and to make the work of the Ministry easier, a seven board member was instituted. And to God be the glory for how far He has brought His work, and for where He is taking us.
