Some time between December 1989 and January 1990, God showed Pastor Michael Aluko a vision in a dream in which he saw himself travelling out of Nigeria on a beautiful bus; the bus stopped at a place and Michael was commanded to alight. On coming out, the door automatically closed and the vehicle moved. He was left alone, and he asked Who do I know in this desert called Malawi?

In 2004, he followed a cousin to a church Convention in Mamelodi, (Pretoria, South Africa). There he met with a young Pastor from Malawi. After introduction, Michael related his dream to him and from there, God did the connection.

He was invited to speak at the church convention in 2004 and 2005, but there was no money. However in 2006, he was asked to be an observer at a joint-convention program and the Lord made money available. The money was enough for the ticket and a little bit for feeding. He rented a small place (very small in deed), where he had an encounter with the Lord over the Pastors and Leaders Conference. The Lord said Some of my servants are wounded, hurt and some lack training, while many dont have marriage again. I want to use you if you will be available.

In 2007, he was in Malawi with Ruth his wife and there were 131 Pastors and leaders in attendance. In 2008, God brought forth another vessel in the name of Pastor Femi Ali of Christ Apostolic Church in Pretoria and close to 150 Pastors and Church leaders were in attendance. In 2009, God turned the program around and it became a team that includes: Pastor Femi Ali of Christ Apostolic Church, Pastor (Mrs.) Michelle Conradie of Hes Alive and Faithful Ministries Pretoria, and Dr. Yomi Oyekanmi of Christ Apostolic Church, Pretoria.

For the first time, all the Pastors and leaders were accommodated and fed while the program lasted till late in the evening of the first day. Due to the size of the hall and budget, 118 Pastors and leaders were in attendance.

To God be the glory. Many other doors are now opening for same programme in other parts of the world. Michael teaches on Leadership and Church Management.
